Back in 2015 PCL Civil Constructors installed 4 Disktron Bearings on this beautiful bridge designed by Figg Bridge Engineerrs on I-91 in Brattleboro, Vermont. These 1770 Kip capacity bearings were installed at the abutments and had horizontal capacities of 40%. The rotational capacity of the bearings was 0.025 radians and the steel plates were galvanized for corrosion protection. VTRANS should be proud of this sensational structure.
